Product Specifications

Windshield
- Made from a very unique blend of Poly - Carbonate and few other ingredients to make it sturdy.
- Clear finish on the Top half, Matte finish on the bottom half; for avoiding headlight reflections at night.
- Aerodynamic, tested in a Virtual Wind Tunnel at speeds upto 288 KMPH.
- Rounded and thickened edges to provide safety to the rider.
- Embossed Company Name and Logo.
- Extended windshield seat for better hold on the curvature of the headlight. 

Mounting
- Sturdy Cold Rolled Steel Base brackets, zinc plated and black powder coated.

- Strong and high precision Stainless Steel Handlebar Stabilizer Mounting for anti-vibration.

- Accurately designed and Injection Molded Poly-amide mounting set.

Note:

1) We have designed the product based on the average Indian Height. If the height is not adequate, you may have to use a windshield extender. Height reference compared to Himalayan OEM windshield is available in the pics above. 

2) Always use a stream of running water to wash the surface. Avoid pressure washing, dry wiping or usage of chemicals / fuels / oils to clean the windshield and brackets.

3) Do not over tighten the screen bolts. Make sure the bolts are tightened just as much as needed and please do not squeeze the rubber grommets supplied. If the bolts get over tightened, the screen will crack from the bolt holes due to stiffness, which can cause fatigue to be induced. No windshields should be over tightened, in order to keep them safe from cracking over time.
